At HYDE, we carefully hand select only the very finest Irish whiskey, made by only the very best Irish whiskey distilleries, which we then finish in vintage oak casks which we source directly from distilleries and bodegas around the world.

made on both Copper Pot and Copper Column
stills by only the very best distillers in Ireland.
There is a broad range of HYDE Irish whiskey
expressions to explore. All with very different
cask influences such as; Sherry, Rum, Bourbon,
Burgundy, and Port, to name but a few.
Our mantra at HYDE Irish Whiskey is
“It’s all about the wood”. We are meticulous
about matching our whiskey with the right cask.
Here at HYDE we do not chill filter any of our whiskey.
We believe in producing a more natural whiskey with
the full character and taste of the original whiskey
straight from that cask.
