3 dashes Angostura Bitters

3 dashes Orange Bitters

45ml Hyde’s Whiskey

10ml Simple Syrup

With the Cherry and Orange Peel garnish

 

 

Hyde’s Whiskey Thyme

1tsp Orange Marmalade

50ml Hyde’s Whiskey

12.5ml Lime Juice

10ml Homemade lemon thyme cordial

In a martini glass with the lime and lemon thyme garnish
